On the 7th of September I organised in Madriagil a meetup on how to introduce the Flight Levels model in organisations at the OnTruck offices in Madrid. The audience was highly satisfied.
The meetup was highly participatory. The group identified common problems that organisations have when multiple teams are involved in the development and delivery of a product. We ran a simulation in which participants experienced these problems and discussed why these challenges are so complicated to solve.
We then presented the Flight Levels model explaining how it solves them and participants reflected on what the next steps are in their organisations.
On the 6th and 7th of Novembe in Madrid, Mike Freislich and Javier Pérez will host a FL2D course in which they will go in depth on how to do this.
