I put my effort into making sure what my teach is focused on the application of the learnings in your own organisation. I don’t put effort into making fancy PowerPoint decks. Adults are better suited to "learning by doing". That is why my training uses Experiential Learning techniques designed to ensure new concepts are applied through hands-on, interactive and fun activities.
My facilitation-led approach focuses on shared learning experiences with tools and techniques which help the participants apply concepts directly to their daily work.
